- 1 fl. olive oil
- 1 fl. pezyme
- 1 fl. sugar
- 1 Mr. baking soda
- 1 Mr. cinnamon
- 1 Mr. cloves
- 1/3 fl. Ouzo
- as long as it gets (about 1kg) flour sifted
How to make?
For petimezi cookies, in a bowl, we mix pepessi, olive oil, sugar, cinnamon, carnation and dissolve soda in ouzo. We add them to the liquid materials.
Mix with wire to join and a little bit pour the flour by kneading until we have a soft dough that does not stick to the hands. We cook the cookies in whatever shape we like and sort them on a sheet of paper.
Bake in an oven with resistances at 170 degrees C for 40 ‘until golden brown.
