- 1 fl. olive oil
- 1 fl. pezyme
- 1 fl. sugar
- 1 Mr. baking soda
- 1 Mr. cinnamon
- 1 Mr. cloves
- 1/3 fl. Ouzo
- as long as it gets (about 1kg) flour sifted
How to make?
For petimezi cookies, in a bowl, we mix pepessi, olive oil, sugar, cinnamon, carnation and dissolve soda in ouzo. We add them to the liquid materials.
Mix with wire to join and a little bit pour the flour by kneading until we have a soft dough that does not stick to the hands. We cook the cookies in whatever shape we like and sort them into sheet metal sheets.
Bake in an oven with resistances at 170 degrees C for 40 ‘until golden brown.
