Ingredients

  • For the salad coleslaw
  • 500 g. cabbage
  • 4 chives tender and small
  • 2 stalks celery tender
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/2 radical fennel
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup. yoghurt 2%
  • 1 ml. P. Mustard
  • 1 ml. P. White balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ml. P. Sugar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • For homemade mayonnaise
  • 1 yolk of fresh organic egg
  • 1/2 n. C. Salt
  • 2.1 n. C. Mustard powder
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • 2 kg. C. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ml. P. White balsamic vinegar

How to make?

For the salad coleslaw

Chop all the vegetables and put them in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the salad. Stir and serve on toasted bread as filling for sandwiches and as a garnish burgers, chicken or meat.

For homemade mayonnaise
