    To marinate meat:

  • 300 gram calf control
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon cumin
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup of mineral water

    For potato layer:

  • 2 medium potatoes

    To roast:

  • 1/2 cup oil

    For Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 sweet spoon flake
  • 1 grated tomato

    To cook meats:

  • 1 tablespoon butter

    For service:

  • 1 bowl of garlic yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Key point

After you have absolutely rested your meat for about 1 hour, go to the cooking process and take care not to keep the length of the marriage longer or shorter. Do not forget to keep your patets in salt water.

How is it prepared?

    To marinate meats:

  1. Take the finely chopped meat into a bowl. Add all marine ingredients and mix well.

  2. Then leave your marinated meats in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

    For potatoes:

  1. Peel the potatoes’ shells. Obtain slices in the middle of the year and slice these slices into a thin, long shape.

  2. Keep your potatoes in salt water and drain the water.

    For Sauce:

  1. Grab the butter and a chili pepper in a tiny sauce pan. Add the grated tomatoes after mixing well and mix.

    To cook meats:

  1. Put your butter in a ceiling. Transfer your marinated meat to a pan and cook it beautifully.

    Merge phase:

  1. Transfer the fried potatoes to the bottom of the plate. Knead with garlic and add the meat cooked on it. Then add tomato sauce as a final touch. Serve with finely chopped parsley.
