Ingredients for recipe kebab

  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 4 pieces of steak
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 water glass yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Chopped parsley

For Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato slice
  • 1 sweet spoon chili pepper
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cummin

To roast

  • Sunflower oil

Preparation of kebap kebab

  • Cut the meats into strips. Cut the onion ripe and roast it in olive oil until pink. Add the meats and butter and cook until high on the fire first, then covered on the low heat. Add salt and pepper and take it from the oven.
  • Peel the potatoes’ shells and cut them into thin strips with jellies. Take it on a paper towel, siphon the water and fry it in hot oil. Remove excess oil by taking it on a paper towel. Grate the garlic and mix with yogurt. Add salt.
  • For the sauce roast the olive oil for 2 minutes. Add as little water as you can to the sauce and cook for a few minutes. Sweeten with salt, pepper and cumin. Spread fried potatoes on the serving table. Put some garlic yogurt in the middle. Add the meat, and then yogurt again. Add hot sauce and serve hot served with chopped parsley.
