Ingredients for Cocoa naked cake recipe

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g of powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 85 g of cocoa
  • 140 g cake flour
  • 1 sweet sponge relief tozu
  • 3 tablespoons milk

For cream

  • 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
  • 3 water glass milk
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the above

  • 6 red plums
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Cocoa naked cake preparation

  • Beat with the help of a mixer until the cream of butter and powdery sugar comes to the consistency. Add the eggs one by one. Mix cocoa, cake flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and add the egg yolk. Finally add the milk and mix it and share it in a cake mold with the hawk clamp. Bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  • For cream, take all the ingredients except butter in a saucepan. Cook continuously with stirring. When light focu- laration begins, add the butter and cover the gold and beat it with a mixer so that it does not crust up to the navel. Cut the cooling cake in half and fill it with the pudding.
  • Remove the plums’ cores and slice them. Get sugar and water in a pan. When the sugar begins to melt and thicken, slice the plums and cook until the caramelizes. After the brownie, decorate the cake and sprinkle powdered sugar.
