  • 250 milliliters of milk (warm)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 6 cups of flour
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon (wipe) salt
  • 1 pack of yeast

    For the Internal Spender:

  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 sweet sauce powder cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

How is it prepared?

  1. Take the milk to a saucepan and heat it so that it does not boil.

  2. Put the margarine on you and stir it up until it melts and take it from the heat.

  3. Wet the yeast in a separate container, adding very little hot water to it.

  4. Put the flour in a large bowl and open the middle.

  5. Add the salt, milk and margarine mixture, melted wet yeast, sugar and 2 eggs, and knead it.

  6. Leave the dough slightly softer than the earloom for about 30 minutes to ferment.

  7. For margarine, melt margarini in a sauce.

  8. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.

  9. Divide the yeast dough into two and open it with a roller to make 2 separate rectangles.

  10. Feed the margarine on top of the dough. Sprinkle the mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon with equal spread throughout the dough.

  11. Fold the dough into a roll and cut it into 3 fingers each.

  12. The oven tray is oily paper cool and the buns are indexed so that there will be space between them.

  13. Cook the buns placed on the baking tray for about 10 minutes and then cook for 15 minutes in the preheated 200 ° C oven.
