Ingredients

  • 5-6 apple flakes
  • 10-15 pieces of quince
  • 7-8 pieces of prunes
  • 1 teaspoon raisins
  • 6-7 dried apricots
  • 3-4 pieces of sunflower apricot
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1.5 liter water
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar

Key point

You can add different kinds of spices as you like. We recommend that you remove the spices during the cooling phase. Otherwise it may cause the taste to become bitter. Dilersen can be prepared by adding honey instead of powdered sugar.

How is it prepared?

  1. Transfer water into the pot. Slightly heat the water to a low temperature.

  2. Reduce the dried apricots, sunflower apricots and plums by dividing them in half.

  3. Transfer the cut fruity and other remaining fruity into the slightly warmed water and let it rest for 1-2 hours at room temperature with the lid closed.

  4. Then add the gold of the cooker, the powdered sugar, the cinnamon and the carnations, and start baking the mixture.

  5. When the fruit is soft, take it from the heat.




  6. Take the jug and let it cool down at room temperature, remove cinnamon and cloves from it.

  7. After reaching the temperature of the room, after cooling for a while in the fridge, let the fruit orchards lean and if you do not serve it. Bon Appetit.
