- 400 grams chocolate without sugar
- 180 grams coconut butter
- 6 honey honey
- 10 cc coconut cream
How to make?
Chop the chocolate. Put it in a thick pan, add the coconut butter, honey and coconut cream. The fire must be very low.
Allow the materials to melt, stirring at intervals. When they melt, we remove the pot from the fire.
Let the mixture cool down. Put it in a jar and keep it in the fridge for 10 days. Ideal for crepes, for bread spreads, for cakes, but also plain with the teaspoon!
