- 6 tablespoons chocolate cream
- 1 banana
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
For the above:
Your vinegar will make your field more choppy.
How is it prepared?
Set the oven to 180 degrees.
Flour, starch, vinegar and oil mix as the slurry.
Add the equal amount of flour starchy mixture to each part of the yufkan. And give this mixture well.
Bring the yufka to the bundle shape and cut it into 4 pieces.
Place a slice of hazelnut chocolate cream and 2 slices of banana on the center part of the cut pieces.
Curl in the shape of a pack and cool to the oven tray with oily paper.
Cover with egg yolk and cook for 15 minutes until it is crispy.
Relax the buns from the flour for 2-3 minutes to discard their first heat.
Serve powdered sugar on top of the rested pastries. That’s it. Have an apology.
You can color your serving plate by serving fresh fruit.
