  • 225 g bitter chocolate
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoon dried hazelnut chocolate

Chocolate and hazelnut truffle preparation

  • Take the chocolate and cream in a heat resistant container and melt in a microwave. Add the drizzled hazelnut chocolate and mix. Cover it with stretch film and wait for 1-2 hours.
  • When the ganache is ready, take it with a dessert spoon and roll it with your hand. Get about 12 in this way. Then, roll the truffle with the broken nuts. Take a trumpet tray and cover it with a stretch film. Serve for 50-60 minutes in the refrigerator then serve.
