  • 2 cups of brass
  • 4 cups of chicken water and water mixture
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 pieces chicken budu
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 2-3 pieces of black pepper
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tea spoon newborn

    To cook the chicken:

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tea spoon powder red pepper
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon garlic powder
  • 1 sweet spoon salt

How is it prepared?

  1. Peel the onion’s shells and finely chop them.

  2. Take margarin into a deep rice pan and melt it. Then start to lighten the onions.

  3. Then add the rice and continue roasting until the rice becomes translucent.

  4. Add chicken water and water mixture, spices and salt and mix well.

  5. Close the lid and continue cooking until the water is pulled. When you take the water, take it out of the heat and let it brew.

    For the cooking and combining stages of chickens:

  1. Mix the yoghurt and all the spices in a bowl.

  2. Place the chicken legs in this sponge and find it beautifully.

  3. Then take it out and clean it up. Cover it with a stretch film and let it rest for about 40 minutes in the fridge.

  4. Get margarine in a ceiling. Seal the chickens that are marinated in the ridge with a high heat at the back.

  5. Then transfer it to a greased baking oven and cook it for about 15-20 minutes in a 180 degree oven until it is soft.

  6. Stir the piled rice nicely. Transfer to the service platform. Serve chicken legs on top.

Service Offer

You can serve chopped pepper on it and decorate it with mint leaves.
