Ingredients

  • 2 c. rice (for rice) cooked
  • 2 cucumbers in their skins
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup. boiled peas
  • 1 cup. boiled corn
  • 1 cooked chicken breast fillet
  • For the yogurt sauce
  • 1 trays (200 g.) Yoghurt
  • 2 ml. P. Mayonnaise
  • 1 ml. P. Mustard
  • 1 kg. P. Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make?

1. Cut the cucumber into frames. Chontrotrivoume carrots (or chop). Peel the celery from the fibers and finely chop.

2. Put all the ingredients together in a deep salad bowl and add the rice, peas and corn. Finely chop the cooked chicken breast and add to the salad.
