  • 2 Tbsp.. Oil
  • 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • ½ cup. dry white wine
  • 400 g. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp.. Sweet paprika
  • salt
  • freskotrimeno pepper
  • 1 ml. P. Parsley
  • 1 trays (200 g.) 2% yoghurt
  • To serve
  • boiled rice brown

How to make?

Heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the meat for 4-5 to change color. Add the onions and peppers.

Sprinkle paprika and allow vegetables to wilt for 4-5. Add the wine and bring to boil for 2 and the alcohol evaporates.

Add the tomatoes and season. Cover and simmer until the meat is tender, about 40.
