- 1 chicken cut into portions
- around 1½ kilos
- 1/2 fl. olive oil
- 250 g of peas
- 1 kilogram of green beans
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic in slices
- 5-6 ripe and tight tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 Mr. sugar
- 1/2 bunch of parsley finely chopped
- freshly ground pepper
How to make?
To make the chicken with green beans and peas, we ask the butcher to cut the chicken in 6 pieces.
In the olive oil that we have thrown in a wide pot, we roast the chicken around. Add the onion and garlic and continue the sauté for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the finely chopped tomatoes and sugar.
Reduce the heat, cover the chicken and simmer for 45-50 minutes to soften. If the tomatoes do not have much liquid, add little water to boil the chicken.
Clean the green beans, if they have fiber, remove them and if they are off, cut them in the middle.
After boiling the chicken for 50 minutes and half ready, add the green beans and peas, salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Finally, add chopped parsley.
