- 500 gram boneless chicken breast
- 1 large onion juice
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1,5 cups of coffee finishing olive oil
- 1 sweet spoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 tea spoon cumin
- 1 tea spoon powder red pepper
- 1 tea spoon dry thyme
- 1 branch of rosemary (according to wish)
- 1 paprika pepper
- 1 squash
- 1 onion
- 100 grams of mushroom
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
How is it prepared?
Transfer the chickens chopped into a deep bowl.
Sprinkle olive oil, yoghurt, onion juice, grated garlic, salt and spices on it.
Cover these chickens with stretch film and let them rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge if you have at least 1 hour.
With the exception of fungus (choose mushrooms from tiny cultured mushrooms), chop all other vegetables in medium thickness and size. Blend with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Spend one on the vegetables and chickens on the garbage bottles. Continue processing until all materials have run out.
Cool cooking paper on a baking tray. Place this tray in the middle of the oven. Place the oven wire on it.
Heat the oven for about 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Then place the garbage bottles on the wire and cook them. Do not forget to change your direction at certain intervals.
After 20 to 25 minutes of cooking, remove and serve.
