Ingredients for chicken kebab recipes

  • 500 g chicken breast meat
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sweet coriander powder coriander
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 red onions
  • Olive oil

To decorate

  • Fresh rosemary branches

  • Bulgur pilaf
  • Lavash

Preparation of chicken kebab

  • Transfer chicken breast meat into cubes of 2.5 cm in size and then add them to a bowl and add lemon juice, corn flour, yoghurt, garlic, coriander, salt and pepper to them. After thoroughly mixing it, wrap it in a stretch film and let it stand for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the onions into apple slices. Preheat the grill and put a bottle of chickens and onions in a row.
  • Brush a little oil on the onion, then turn the kebabs around and fry them for 10-12 minutes. Decorate the kebabs with fresh rosemary branches and serve with bulgur pilaf and tortilla.
