  • 1 1 liter glass bottle
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 sweet sponge sugar

    For potatoes:

  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 2 tea spoon powder red pepper
  • 2 tea spoon thyme
  • 2 tea spoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Key point

The most important thing to note when making a chicken recipe in a glass bottle is that the mouth of the bottle is left open when you pass the chicken to the bottle. Otherwise, the bottle may explode due to the pressure inside the oven. In addition, the lemon juice and the lemon crust will add flavor to the taste of the rub with the inner part of the chicken. Instead of lemon and powdered sugar, you can also use a mixture of paste and yoghurt according to your taste buds. You need an oversized flare to cook this recipe, otherwise you can not fit in the fry after you’ve sat in a bottle of chicken.

How is it prepared?

  1. Wash the chicken as desired.

  2. Peel the shells of the garlic and beat them with a knife instead of several different kinds of chicken. Place the garlic on this notch.

  3. Tighten the lemon juice and rub the chicken with this juice nicely. Make sure lemon juice comes to all of the chicken. Rinse the chickens with the inside of the lemon shells you are tucked away.

  4. Then crush 1 sweet spoon of powdered sugar in your pouch and spread it all over the chicken with the lemon.

  5. Fill 2 bottles of glass bottle with water and put the chicken in a bottle. Be very careful to keep the mouth of the bottle open.

  6. Place oily papers on a baking sheet and place the chickens in the middle of the pan.

  7. Wash the potatoes well and chop them without cracking.

  8. Take all the spices and olive oil needed for the potatoes and blend them well.

  9. Place the potatoes you spiced in the bottle and spread it nicely around the chicken you put on the pile.

  10. Place the pre-heated 200 degree frying pan and allow to cook for 1 hour. The potatoes will be cooked with the waters flowing from the chicken.

  11. At the end of the baking period, take the tray. Carefully remove the chicken from the bottle and place it on a serving tray. Place potatoes around and serve hot hot.
