- 1.5 cup water
- 1 onion
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups pilaf with bulgur
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato slice
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 1 tea spoon flake pepper
Dilersen can boil your chickens and add them into your rice in the final stages in smaller sizes.
How is it prepared?
Chop the chickens in large cubes.
Peel and crush the skin of the garlic.
Grate the tomatoes. Peel the onion’s shells and chop cubes.
Inside a saucepan, pick tomatoes, olive oil, butter, garlic and cubed cubes. Lightly boil.
Add the chickens on top. Bake beautifully.
Then add bulgur. Add some shredded tomatoes for a while.
When it starts to lightly boil, add water, salt and spices, cover and cover.
When you take the water, take it from the heat and let it brew.
Mix well and serve.
You can decorate with parsley during the service phase.
