- 1 sheet of puff pastry ready
- 2 chicken breast fillets finely chopped
- 3 ounces of olive oil

- 2 carrots cut into thin slices
- 2 fl. peas
- 2 kg filled with flour
- 500 g fresh milk
- freshly ground pepper
How to make?
For the smoked pork chicken, first heat the olive oil and sauté the chicken for 6-7 to change color. Add the slices of onion and let it wilde for 4 -5. Add peas and carrots. Mix well. Sprinkle with the flour and mix. Add the milk stirring. Salt and pepper and simmer 6 to 7, knot the sauce as a cream.
Butter or grease a square or elongated fire-resistant utensil. Empty the chicken mixture. Open the puff pastry on the counter. Cut it to the size of the pot surface. We cut patterns in the puff pastry to breathe in and to decorate it. We touch it on the filling and stick it, pressing it on the edge of the pan.
Bake the chicken for 20 to 200 degrees C and smear it with a beaten egg and a little water with a brush to polish it. Continue firing for 20. Do not cut into pieces, serve with a spoon.
