- 300 grams of rice
- 700 g boiled chicken breast fillet
- 1 fl. mayonnaise
- 1/2 fl. yoghurt
- 1 Mr. curry
- 4 nectarines sliced
- a few leaves of lettuce (hearts) coarsely cut
- a few basil leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 fl. cashews unshelled
- freshly ground pepper
How to make?
For chicken with rice, cut the boiled chicken breast first into thin slices.
Mix in a bowl the mayonnaise, yoghurt and curry and sprinkle with salt pepper. Add the sauce, cut chicken, lettuce, basil, nectarines and half cashews. Stir gently with a spoon.
Divide the rice into 4 dishes and strain the chicken mixture onto it.
Garnish the dishes with the remaining cashews.
