    For the dough:

  • 1.5 cups of coriander fine bulgur
  • 1 meal spoon semolina
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 sweet spoon powder red pepper
  • 1 tea spoon garlic powder
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon cumin

    For inside:

  • 150 grams of goat cheese
