  • 250 gram flour
  • 75 grams of margarine
  • 150 ml. milk
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 100 grams of parmesan cheese

    For the above:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 grams of parmesan cheese

Key point

Let the milk mix come out gradually. Take care not to have room temperature or cold milk, do not use hot milk. Make sure the dough you prepare is in the fridge.

How is it prepared?

  1. Get margarine into a bowl. Add flour, salt, and start to stuff each other with your hands.

  2. Then gradually add the milk. When it starts to settle, knead it a few more times by adding the parmesan inside.

  3. Cover the dough you prepared with a stretch film and let it rest for about 40 minutes in the fridge.

  4. Then shape with walnut size. Over the oven tray.

  5. Spread the egg yolk on it. Cook for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

  6. Sprinkle them with parmesan cheese. After you have rested at room temperature, use it with good taste.
