- 4 big quinces
- 1 ½ glass of sugar
- 2-3 carnations
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cc cognac
How to make?
Clean the quinces and cut them to 8. We lay them in a shallow pane next to each other.
We scatter here and there some pips and a few peels in the pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 glass of sugar, clove the carnations and cinnamon. Rub with cognac and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 ° C in resistance on the last grill for 2 hours covered and 30 uncovered until golden brown and syrup.
Serve frozen with yoghurt or ice cream.
