- 4 carrots (grated)
- 4 tablespoons in walnut (large pieces)
- 4 tablespoon strained yogurt
- 1/4 bunch of dill (minced)
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tea spoon salt
How is it prepared?
Thoroughly blend the grated carrots with walnuts, lemon and salt in a bowl.
Mix yoghurt, crushed garlic and chopped dill in a separate bowl.
Place the carrot and walnut salad in the serving salads that you serve or serve.
Add garlic, dill and yogurt on the carrot.
Serve with dill and sprinkled walnuts on top.
