- 6 carrots (large size
- 5 soup spoon starch
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanillin
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 tablespoon drop chocolate
For the above:
How is it prepared?
Peel the carrots’ shells and wash them well. Divide it into two or three parts after it is washed.
Take a deep pan and put the carrots inside. Add enough water to pass them over and let it boil.
Once the carrots are soft, separate them from the boiling water by a glass of water.
Once the carrots have cooled down, put them in a deep bowl and add the boiling water you have left on them and crush them thoroughly with the blender.
Take a pan or pot and take the crushed carrots inside. Add sugar, starch, vanilla, and mix. Boil and cook until dark.
Soak a heat-resistant container and empty and circulate the carrot mixture that fires in. Wait for 20 minutes to reach room temperature.
Cover it with stretch film and stand in the fridge for 1 night. Divide the thickened lokum loaf into slices and roll each slice into portions.
Get the round carrot balls in coconut. Put a little chocolate in the middle.
Relax and serve in the cupboard for 5-10 minutes.
