How to make?

For the carbonara, we first boil the talents. Bake the bacon in a non-greasy pan without fat. We chop it.

In the olive oil, sauté the onion and the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes to wither. Drain the dolphins and put them back in the saucepan. Add bacon, sautéed vegetables, parmesan cheese.

Beat the milk with the yolks and salty pepper. Sprinkle finely chopped parsley and mix the egg yolks and serve immediately.
