Sprinkle salt over the egg whites and beat them nicely with the help of a mixer or a wire beater until you get to the top.
Add egg whites, which are on two floors, into the mixture of egg yolks in three times, and feed them from bottom to top with the aid of a spatula.
You will get a lightly fluid mortar with cloudy puffiness. Transfer the obtained mortar to a 22cm cake mold with oiled handcuffs.
Give the preheated 180 degree firing and cook for an average of 35-45 minutes. This time will vary depending on the performance of your oven.
After taking it out and cooling it at room temperature, you can prepare your cake by decorating it as you like.
