- 1/2 kg baby potatoes (cut in the middle)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4-5 kg of olive oil
- 1 fl. chicken broth
- 2 cups of mustard
- the juice of a little lemon
- 1-2 pips of fresh thyme or oregano
How to make?
For butter potatoes, we begin the preparation by washing and drying the potatoes well.
Cut them in the middle, and put them in a deep frying pan, with butter and olive oil. Sauté the potatoes for 2-3 minutes on each side.
We lower the heat, leave the potatoes for 5 minutes, melt, and begin to make their flesh clear.
Add the broth, cover with a lid, and leave it on low heat for about 15 minutes. Just soften our potatoes, salt them and add the herbs.
Dissolve mustard in the juice, and pour the potatoes, as they are in the pan.
Stir, and serve hot potatoes with their wonderful sauce.
