- 10-12 pieces of bell peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1.5 cups of bulgur
- 1 sweet spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon flake pepper
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 1 water glass of hot water
You can add spices such as peppermint, thyme, and cook your stuffs in the oven.
How is it prepared?
Once you’ve washed the peppers, take them out.
Strip the onion’s shells and then chop them very thinly.
Take a large pot of olive oil and saute the onions.
Add the shake on it, fry for about 1 minute.
Add the crusted parts of the tomatoes on top of the chopped onion and salmon, then chop the inside out as it will become a stuffed cover.
After washing the bulgur, add to the pot and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the spices, salt and hot water and cook the water until ready.

Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat with the cover closed and eat with good taste.
