Brownies With Cream Cheese




Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 4 vanilla (powder capsules)
  • 3 cc cognac
  • 1 g. Baking powder
  • 1 fl. flour
  • 250 g of butter
  • 2 fl. sugar
  • 3/4 ph. cocoa
  • 300 g cream cheese

How to make?

For brownies with cream cheese and cocoa, put in a bowl, 4 eggs and 3 vanilla. Beat well, slowly adding sugar. Continue the blow and pour the brandy. Add the millet and stir well.

Pour the butter into a small pan. Once it melts, add it to the mixture and mix well. Finally, cocoa is poured, we hit well.

Put our mixture on a non-stick dish, very lightly dipped. In a clean bowl, pour the last egg, vanilla and cream cheese and beat well.

Pour the cheese mixture, into the baking pan, onto the chocolate mixture and with a fork or a knife, gently spread it throughout, making deep streaks.

Bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees C for 25 to 30 minutes. Once cooked, leave it for 10 minutes to cover, with a clean towel.
