- 450 grams chocolate without chopped sugar
- 225 grams butter
- 100 g of crystalline stevia or other sweetener
- 3 eggs
- 75 grams gluten-free flour
- 1 Mr. Baking Powder without gluten
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 grams walnuts
- 1 vanilla
How to make?
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. In a bin marie, melt half the chocolate with the butter. Allow some to cool the mixture. In the mixer knock eggs with the sweetener, soften 3-4. Add the lukewarm, melted chocolate and continue to hit the mixer for 1. Pour all other ingredients, flour, nuts and other chocolate pieces. Butter and strain sticks in a 25 cm ring mold. Empty the mixture and bake in a well preheated oven at 170oC in the last grid for 40. Allow to cool for at least 1 hour (otherwise the mixture will run wet).
