Ingredients

  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1,5 cups of oatmeal
  • 10 dates
  • 2 tablespoon powder almonds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Key point

Adding milk to them in small quantities will give your muffins a softer consistency. You can also add molasses or honey to sweeten it. You can add flavor to your taste by adding the nuts you want and the fruit.

How is it prepared?

  1. Remove the cores of your jugs. If they are too stiff, soften them in hot water for about 10 minutes.

  2. Transfer the banana, date and milk into the blender. Mix the wraps and bananas until thoroughly crushed.

  3. Then add oats and all other ingredients and mix well.

  4. Lubricate the muffin containers with oil or butter. Place paper muffin containers.

  5. Spread the prepared mixture into the containers with the help of a spoon. Fill each finger with 1 finger space.




  6. Add a few drops of milk to them. Cook for about 15-20 minutes in a heated oven at 180 degrees.

  7. Take it out and enjoy it after listening to it at room temperature.
