- 6 cups of flour
- 2.5 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup warm lukewarm milk
- 1 pack instant yeast
- 3 sweet sugar powder sugar
- 2 sweet spoon salt
Water and warmth make the yeast more easily activated and make the dough better. You will put it into the oven during the baking step, and the shell of your bread will be crispy with the water-filled cup. This water-filled container provides moisture balance and has a delicate effect on the inner texture of your bread.
If you have, you can create a stone-baked effect by baking your bread on a pizza stone.
How is it prepared?
Take warm milk, warm water, instant yeast and powdered sugar into a deep bowl. Mix well and wait a few minutes.
Then add salt on it. Gradually add flour. Take care to add the flour in a controlled manner at this stage.
Then knead well and get a non-sticky dough. Then cover it with a stretch film so that it does not get air and rest for 1 – 1.5 hours at room temperature.
Divide and divide the dough into 5 equal parts.
Give the loaf a loaf of bread by lightly loosening the counter.
Transfer the breads over the oven tray with baking sheet. Scratch the middle part with the help of a knife.
Lightly lightly overhead and place in a preheated 200 degree oven with a container filled with heat-resistant, water-resistant.
Then bake your bread. Cook for about 30 minutes until it turns red and crunchy.
Take it out and enjoy it after listening to it at room temperature.
