  • 150 grams of margarine
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid oil
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 tea spoon salt

    For the above:

  • 5 tablespoons egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Key point

If you want your cookies to last longer, you can add apple curd as much as 2 tablespoons.

How is it prepared?

  1. Transfer margarine, egg yolk, yogurt, salt and liquid oil into a container.

  2. Mix with whisk or whisk.

  3. Then add flour and baking powder by hand into this mixture.

  4. Take care to tidy up. Then knead well.

  5. Give the gore the roll shape you obtained. Relax for 1 hour in the refrigerator wrapping the stretch film.

  6. Remove it and cut it into a medium thickness with a flat knife. Add egg white and seeds on top.
