Ingredients for blueberry jam

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • 1. 5 kg of powdered sugar
  • Half a lemon of water

Preparation of blueberry jam

  • Wash blueberries with cold water. The more you crawl, the more scattered you are. Take a pot of blueberries that you wash and add powdered sugar on it and wait one night.
  • The next day, boil a carbohydrate and add lemon juice. Pour a jug of bread. Cover it with a thin cheesecloth and put it in the sun. Stir occasionally so as not to scatter blueberries. When the jam is in consistency, take it from the sun and fill the kavano and store it in a cool place.
