Ingredients

  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons oatmeal

How is it prepared?

  1. Mix the yogurt, milk and beans in a bowl.

  2. Add blue myrtle blender to yoghurt mix.

  3. Add chia seeds and oatmeal and mix well.

  4. Allow to stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours with stirring for 20 minutes and consume carefully.

Service Offer

You can serve it by decorating it with blueberries.
