- 250 grams of yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
How is it prepared?
Mix the yogurt, milk and beans in a bowl.
Add blue myrtle blender to yoghurt mix.
Add chia seeds and oatmeal and mix well.
Allow to stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours with stirring for 20 minutes and consume carefully.
You can serve it by decorating it with blueberries.
