1 medium bottle
- 500 grams of blackhead
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1.5 liter water
If you like more spicy tastes, you can also cook by adding carnations.
How is it prepared?
Carefully separate the blackheads from their stalks, taking care not to be crushed and wash them carefully again.
Next, drain excess water with the aid of a strainer and transfer it into a medium sized tank.
Add powdered sugar, water and cinnamon on top. Start to cook on a low heat.
When the sugar starts to melt and the water begins to boil, cook it for about 8-10 minutes with good mixing.
Then remove the cinnamon stick from inside.
Then place a strainer or gauze on a container.
Filter your water beautifully, gradually. Transfer the slurry you prepared into a bottle and let it cool in the fridge.
After the cold, serve with ice cubes.
