    For the meatball:

  • 400 grams of beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 wetted bread (or 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs)
  • 1/4 bunch finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tooth shredded garlic
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1 tea spoon cumin
  • 1 tea spoon powder red pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 sweet spoon salt

    To wrap:

  • 4 pieces of paper

    For tomato sauce:

  • 2 large grated tomatoes
  • 1 sweet spoon tomato slice
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

    For service:

  • 1 bowl of yoghurt

    Between the yufkaların:

  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

Key point

We should remove the roasts because we put two layers of cottage. When single layer is used, tearing may occur on dough. It is important that you put butter on them and melted over them in order to dry the yufkalar. Make the köftes slightly thicker, thus preventing their drying.

How is it prepared?

  1. Get all the meatballs in a bowl.

  2. Knead the materials as beautifully as they do with each other.

  3. After kneading, wrap it in a stretch film and let it rest for 20 minutes in the fridge.

  4. Take as much meat as you can from a resting mortar in the middle of the year. Give it a shape like a kebab that will be slightly thicker.

  5. Cook over the oven tray with baking sheet and cooked for about 10 minutes in a cooked oven heated at 190 degrees.

  6. When the köfteler is red on top of it, take it out of the oven and leave it at the room temperature for a while.

  7. Bring two yufkayas together in a loincloth cooler and butter on them. The dog is in a single row. Beautifully wrapped.

  8. Cover the remaining pebbles with other scones. Do this process until all the dough and morsels are gone.

  9. Slice the peanuts into medium thickness. Transfer it back to the oven tray with baking paper and cook for 5-10 minutes until it turns red.

  10. Take tomato sauce ingredients in a pot and cook until dark.

  11. When you get dark, take it from the heat, after you have cooled down for a while, run over the strings of the bee.

  12. Serve yogurt in the middle of the plate and serve wrap.

Service Offer

You can spread parsley on it, and you can put powdered red pepper on the kneader.
