  • 500 grams of fresh beans
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

Key point

The water will vary depending on the type and quantity of the bean. So add water gradually. Then you will add water to the rice you will add. For that reason, try not to add controlled water to avoid being too watery.

How is it prepared?

  1. Peel the onion’s shells. Chop them in small cubes.

  2. Remove the beans and finely chop. Peel the shells of the tomatoes and chop cubes.

  3. Take butter, olive oil and onions into a deep cooker. Start stirring with stirring.

  4. Add the beans on top. Add some tomatoes to the beans after some sausage.

  5. Stir well and add water to make the bacon cooked. This water you will add will vary according to the type of bean. So add in small amounts.

  6. When the beans begin to cook lightly, add rice, salt and spices. Add water if you need it.

  7. Continue to cook until the rice is swollen and the water is pulled.
