  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 250 grams of beef meat

    For Tomato Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon tomato
  • 1 sweet spoon chili pepper
  • 1 sweet spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon thyme

    To taste the Pides:

  • 1/2 pieces of Ramadan pides (cubed cubes)
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon flake pepper
  • 1 tea spoon cumin

    To Decorate:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Key point

You can cook the meat first with the butter and trap the delicious water into the meat and cook it by keeping it in a low heat.

How is it prepared?

  1. Melt the butter and bake the meats until the meat is lightly colored.

  2. Add hot water and cover the pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes at low heat.

  3. Prepare tomato sauce and pides while the meats are cooked.

  4. For tomato sauce, bake large chopped tomatoes in olive oil. Add the pepper slices and spices and bubble them.
