  • 1 – 1.5 pack petibor biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 medium banana
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 cup milk

    For the above:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut (or pistachio)

Cooking Advice

Serve your mosaic pastry with coconut or pistachio nuts. You can dine on chocolate sauce.

How is it prepared?

  1. Throw a little tenceredered rag on a low heat. After the oil has melted, add a little bit of oil to the oil and stand on its side for a break.

  2. Break the biscuits into a bowl before crumbling.

  3. Add a warm oil mix cocoa and mix. Transfer to the rough.

  4. Add sugar and remaining milk on it and reverse it. Do not press too much at this stage.

  5. Cut a refrigerator bag in half and release the counter. Evacuate the mixture from the pouch and create a rectangle with your hand.

  6. Bind the bananas to the middle part of the rectangle you created. Lift one side of the bag and roll and shape.

  7. Stand in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then remove it from the ice-cube and sprinkle with coconut or pistachio nuts in the fridge. Then take it out and slice it.
