Ingredients

  • 1.5 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 large banana
  • 500 ml. milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1.5 tablespoons starch
  • 1.5 tablespoon rice flour
  • 70 grams of almond powder
  • 1 packet vanilla

How is it prepared?

  1. Take milk, egg yolk, powdered sugar, starch and rice flour into a deep cooker.

  2. Ensure that all materials are mixed with a wire beater.

  3. Then open the bottom of the fire to medium heat, start to cook it with stirring.

  4. When you thicken and you start to have eyeballs, take it from the cold.

  5. Add margarin into it and mix it well.

  6. The jelly is beautifully crushed in a bowl.




  7. Transfer it into the pudding you have prepared. Add vanilla and almond powder on it. Mix well with the help of a beater or blender.

  8. Shave it in the service cradle and let it cool. Then you can eat with pleasure.

Service Offer

You can serve it by decorating it with raw almonds and banana slices. You can also add small mint leaves on top of the coloring.
