- 8 pieces boneless chicken hip (skin removed)
- 6 tablespoons apricot marmelade
- 1 meal spoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 4-5 leaf basil
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 5-6 grilled carrots
If you like spicy flavors, you can use spicy mustard in sauce or add chili powder.
How is it prepared?
Inside a baking cabinet, wash the chickens and season them with salt and pepper, and take a side.
To prepare the grape; Take the apricot marmalade, soy sauce and a saucepan sauce. Grind the garlic tops and mix them nicely, then open the bottom of the oven. Boil for 6-7 minutes with constant stirring, then close the gold.
Pour the prepared sauce over the chickens to cover the top of the chicken on the oven shelf, and then pour into the preheated 220 degrees frying pan and cook for about 40 minutes.
Open the oven door with a ten-minute interval and use a spoon to move over the friendly chickens in the oven chamber and close the oven door again.
At the end of the cooking period, remove the chickens from the oven and place them on the serving tray. Decorate the top with chopped basil leaves, served with filtered yogurt and grilled carrots.
