- 200 gram chicken broth

- 1 boiled potato
- 1 sweet spoon salt

- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 onions
- 1 egg
- 2 crumbs meal spoon breadcrumbs
- 100 grams of powdered parmesan cheese

How is it prepared?
Peel the garlic and onion shells and finely chop them.
Crush potatoes in a bowl. Add onion and garlic over it.
Then knead it nicely by adding chicken broth, olive oil, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs and ymurt.
Get large, medium-sized pieces from mortar to walnut. Roll with your hand and get the powdered permasana.
Bind the baking sheet to the oven tray and cook for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
