Ingredients for almond apricot berry

  • 1 cup unsalted almond
  • 1 kg apricot
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 1 kg of powdered sugar

Preparation of almond apricot

  • Leave almonds in hot water for 15-20 minutes, remove them and peel them. Remove the nuclei of the apricots you have washed and bloom. Get a pot of apricots, almonds and water. Add 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
  • Cook on high heat with constant stirring. Boil it for 2 more minutes when it starts boiling from the edges. Continue cooking by adding remaining sugar and stirring. Boil for 3 minutes after boiling. Take it from the furnace and let it cool.
  • Once you have transferred the kavanoza in the heat and cooled down, close the door.
