- 500 grams of chickpeas (one night pre-soaked)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup of tahini
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 sweet spoon cumin
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1/2 red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 10 pieces of dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/4 bunch parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 sweet spoon red pepper
- 4 slices of fresh bacon

How is it prepared?
Cook the chickpeas that you put in the water one night before you soften.
Pass the chewing chickpeas through the mixer with 1 bucket of boiling water and sift with the aid of a strainer to separate them from their shells.
Add tahini, lemon juice, salt, caraway, salt, garlic and olive oil on the chick peas you put in a bowl and mix well.
When serving the hummus, heat it in the oven or in the oven.
Toss the red powdered pepper that you are angry with, along with the bread roll and the butter on top.
Pour dry tomatoes and pine nuts in a separate skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil along with the sautée and the humus you will serve.
After adding the chopped red onion and parsley, add the last bacon you roast and serve it with crunchy bread.
