  • 6 slices of toast or brioche
  • 2 Tbsp.. Butter or margarine
  • 2 ml. P. Raisins
  • 4 n. P. Chocolate drops
  • For the cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 vanilla or vanilla 1 putter
  • 3 Tbsp.. Sugar
  • 500 ml cream
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 pinch nutmeg or cinnamon
  • icing sugar or crystallized for sprinkling

How to make?

For the cream: sliver vanilla and remove seeds. Place in a saucepan with a thick base milk, cream, sugar and vanilla. Bring to a boil. Remove the vanilla stick. Beat the eggs in a bowl and whisk a little bit, continuing the beating, add the hot milk to the eggs. Finally add the nutmeg. Preheat oven to 160 C, in resistors. Butter well a square ovenproof dish. Remove the crust from the bread. Butter bread slices lightly. Cut diagonally and again in the middle of four triangles. Spread triangles, misokalyptontas with one another, making one layer.
