  • 250 grams of apricot
  • 5 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1.5 cup water

    For cream:

  • 150 grams labelle cheese
  • 1 pack of cream shampoo
  • 1 water glass cold milk
  • 1 packet vanilla

How is it prepared?

  1. Wash the apricots thoroughly and drain the water.

  2. Then take out the seeds and chop the tiny tiny and transfer it into a saucepan.

  3. Start to cook on medium heat by adding sugar and water on it.

  4. When you start to make consistency, add lemon inside.

  5. Then take it from the cold and crush it nicely with the help of the hand blender. Bake for a few more minutes to get a consistency in January. Take it from the oven and let it rest at room temperature.

  6. Take a cream shaker and cold milk in a bowl, beat well.

  7. Put Labne cheese in a tulbentin. Remove excess water.

  8. Add labelle cheese and vanilla into the whipped cream bag and beat again.

  9. Get a few spoons from the apricot pulp you prepared at the base of your service baskets. Add the cream with the mortar on it.

  10. Serve for about 1 hour in the fridge and serve it after decorating.

Service Offer

You can serve it with fresh apricots and orang peanuts.
