Ingredients for apricot paste recipe

  • 250 g apricot
  • 1. 5 cups of powdered sugar
  • 5 cups water
  • 5 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 packet of vanilla

For the above

  • Badem krokan
  • Fresh mint leaves

Apricot paste preparation

  • Take apricots, powdered sugar and 4 cups of water in pots and cook until soft. Crush it until it becomes smooth with the help of a blender. Add vanilla and let it boil. Mix the starch with the remaining water, add to the pot slowly and cook until dark.
  • Share to service couples and cool in the fridge. Serve it with garnished almonds and fresh mint leaves.
